You can view all your projects from the main Files screen. The top left menu offers the following options:
- Files: goes to the main screen with all your projects
- Activity: overview of what has happened in the past few days (lost files? check this folder!)
- Announcements: announcements from Surfsara
- Music: play audio (such as interviews). Currently supported formats: mp3, mp4, wav, m4a, m4b, aac, m3u, ogg, opus, flac.
- Jupyter Hub: use Jupyter (must be activated by the functional administrator for the Research Support team). HAN does not provide support for Jupyter.
- Dashboard: provides an overview and allows you to manage the projects and user accounts for which you have permissions. Project owners can invite others through the Dashboard. They can then activate a Research Drive account themselves.
- Reporting: overview of the shares and mutations within your projects (from the folder for which you have permissions). Project owners see everything.
- Groups: create a group and give them all the necessary permissions in one step
- Help: Links to e.g. Surf's Research Drive wiki page
